Sidra Manpower is an ISO 9001:2015 certified overseas recruitment agency (Cert. No. Q2A-2026-0521T124351). We connect job seekers with employment opportunities in the Gulf region and assist employers in sourcing skilled talent. We act as a facilitator between candidates and employers.
No guarantee of employment
While we work diligently to match candidates with suitable roles, submitting an application or enquiry does not guarantee employment, an interview, or a visa. Final hiring decisions rest with the employer, and visa approvals rest with the relevant authorities.
Ethical recruitment and fees
We follow ethical recruitment practices. Our services are primarily funded by our client companies. Candidates may need to bear standard costs such as documentation, medical tests, and visa fees as per industry norms. We will never demand payment in exchange for a guaranteed job. Beware of anyone claiming to represent us and asking for such payments.
